Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the day of your scheduled session, as follows:

Cancellations not made by the listed deadline will be billed for the greater of 1 hour or 50% of the missed session.
Cancellation, and any change of schedule, must be made by the parent. Student-managed scheduling may be approved at my discretion, and requires written permission from the parent.
I am happy to work with you to make up or reschedule a missed session. However, I cannot guarantee availability of a time outside of your regularly scheduled appointment.
